In his message, Director NIT Srinagar, Prof. A. Ravinder Nath appreciated the Rajbhasha Cell for organising the workshop during the Hindi Pakhwada. We are putting its best efforts to make sure that all official orders come in bilingual form, he said.

Institute’s Registrar, Prof. Atikur Rehman said various efforts are being taken to implement the Rajbhasha on the campus. All-important circulars and orders of the institute are being released in the bilingual mode so that its implementation target is achieved,” he said.

Prof. Rehman appreciated the efforts of Dr. RP Shukla, Hindi Officer NIT Srinagar for organizing the workshop on relevant themes. We will continue to provide support to such programs in future, he added.

“Until we are not interested and have a lack of will power, it is not possible to implement Hindi at the Institution level. The staff should be loyal towards their job. IT tools are very important in implementation of Rajbhasha,” Dr Sakina said.

While sharing her 10-year professional experience, CUK’s Hindi Adhikari Dr Sakina said there is no age bar in learning Hindi rather than it will prove more beneficial to the employees.

“Although there are some challenges in learning the new language, when there is curiosity and consistency, these challenges can be overcomed ” she said, adding that learning Hindi is easier as compared to other languages.

Dr Sakina further said at CUK, they are in process to get more IT Tools including some professional translating IT tools, that will help staff in a larger way.

“We need more such efforts for its implementation and the main aim of organizing such workshops is to raise awareness regarding the Hindi language,” she added.
