Srinagar, December 31: In a remarkable feat, a 9-year-old girl, Batinah Sayed, and a 6-year-old boy, Ashar Bin Aasif, from Anantnag have brought immense pride to their hometown by winning medals at the Field Archery National Championship. The event took place at Seth MR Jaipuria School, Goel Campus, in Lucknow.
Batinah Sayed secured a Silver Medal, while Ashar Bin Aasif clinched the Gold Medal, showcasing their extraordinary talent and determination. Both students are enrolled at Birla Open Minds International School in Pampore, “known for nurturing both academic excellence and athletic prowess.”
