5. When we feel alone or low at times but have to pretend a fake smile on our face, i.e., our silent pain.

6. When we have a flood of tears in our eyes but no one has the ability to see them, i.e., our silent pain.

7. When we lose our beloved ones forever but still, our souls are attached to their memories and we are unable to forget them, i.e., our silent pain.

8. When we burn the midnight oil to achieve our goals in life but still remain jobless, i.e., our silent pain.

9. When we work hard with full dedication but our struggles remain unrewarded, i.e., our silent pain.

10. When someone changes abruptly their behavior but we remain silent with a heavy heart, i.e., our silent pain.
