Awantipora, March 16: A major road leading to Dangerpora area in Padgampora Village of Awantipora has been left in a deplorable condition, severely affecting the daily lives of local residents. Villagers report that the road is riddled with massive potholes, and whenever it rains, the entire stretch becomes submerged in water, making travel nearly impossible.
One of the concerned locals expressed frustration over the situation, describing the road as “pathetic,” with waterlogging and damaged sections posing a constant challenge for commuters, students, and patients who need to access essential services.
Locals have raised their voices, urging authorities to take immediate action and prioritize the repair of the road, which has become a major hindrance to daily life.
They emphasized the need for better infrastructure to ensure safe travel, particularly for those who rely on the road to access medical facilities, schools, and other critical services.
Residents hope that the concerned authorities will listen to their pleas and work towards addressing the ongoing issues, improving the condition of the road, and providing relief to the suffering villagers.
