Srinagar, 15 Oct: Saneed, a civil engineering graduate from Kerala, has embarked on an extraordinary adventure—cycling from Kanyakumari to Kashmir on a modified one-wheel bicycle. With the front tyre of a standard bike removed, Saneed’s mission is not just to set a world record but to spread an inspiring message to youth: “Say no to drugs.”

His 3600 km journey, which has already spanned 227 days, is a true testament to his resilience and passion. Carrying 30 kg of supplies, including food, water, and camping gear, Saneed tackles steep climbs and downhill paths with remarkable ease, making steady progress toward his goal.

Originally joined by two friends, Saneed now continues the journey solo after his companions withdrew due to heatstroke. “I started with my friends, but now I’m alone. Still, I’m determined to complete this journey and make it unforgettable,” he shared.

An experienced stunt rider, Saneed chose a bicycle after legal restrictions prevented him from performing long-distance motorcycle stunts. He spends his nights camping at temples, mosques, gurdwaras, or petrol stations, always finding a safe place to rest before continuing his journey.

Saneed’s adventure stands as a symbol of persistence, adventure, and a powerful message for living a drug-free life.
