PHC Devsar to be shifted to new building by year end, says DC Kulgam

Inspects ongoing developmental of the hospital; directed concerned officials to expedite the remaining work to meet the project’s completion within the stipulated timeframe

Devsar (Kulgam) Nov 29: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, today visited Devsar and inspected developmental work of Primary Health Centre (PHC) Devsar.

Among others,  Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kulgam Viqar Ahmad Giri, CMO Kulgam Dr. Saba Wani, Tehsildar Devsar Raqib Ahmad Ganie and others officers and officials were accompanying the DC.

During the visit, the DC inspected each component of the construction, assessed the current progress and emphasized resolving bottlenecks, if any, affecting the project’s execution.

The DC urged the executing agency to work in double-shift to meet the project’s completion within the stipulated timeframe.

Talking to reporters on the sideline, DC Athar, said remaining construction work of new building of PHC Devsar would be completely upto December 20 this year, adding hopefully towards the end of next month, before January 1 the old building will be shifted to new a building as it was a major issue in Devsar belt”, he said.
