Tral, 8 August: An important meeting was held on Saturday at the Town Hall in Tral under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Tral, Sajid Yahya Naqash. The meeting reviewed preparations for the Tiranga Rally and arrangements for all programmes related to Independence Day.
Officers from the Jammu and Kashmir Police, CRPF, and various departments also participated in the meeting. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring that the Tiranga Rally and Independence Day celebrations are conducted in an organized, peaceful, and successful manner.
Detailed discussions were also held on better coordination among various departments, the allocation of responsibilities, and mutual cooperation. In addition, cultural programmes and other arrangements were discussed so that the Independence Day celebrations could be conducted smoothly with active public participation.
