Ganderbal, Sept 13(SM): Ganderbal Police have traced three minor boys from Daund Railway Station in Pune, Maharashtra, following an extensive 10-day search operation, and reunited them with their respective families.
Police said the boys had been reported missing on September 3 from Tulmulla, Ganderbal. Following a written complaint received at Police Station Kheerbhawani, a case was registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and an investigation was launched.
During the investigation, police teams used technical intelligence and human sources to track the missing minors. A special team was subsequently deputed to locate them.
After sustained efforts and coordination with Maharashtra Police, the three boys were traced at Daund Railway Station in Pune on September 9, police said.
The minors were brought back safely to Ganderbal and handed over to their respective families.(SM)
