Sagar appealed to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Health & Medical Education Minister Sakeena Itoo to call representatives of the NHM Employees Association, J&K, for a meeting and listen to their concerns.

He said that NHM employees have been rendering important services in the health sector and that their issues should be addressed through constructive dialogue and appropriate measures within the applicable rules and policy framework.

The JK EJCC expressed hope that the government would initiate an early dialogue with NHM employees’ representatives to work towards a resolution of their issues.
