Emphasising the importance of advance planning and adequate preparedness, the DC directed the concerned officers to assess the requirements comprehensively and submit a proper, detailed proposal outlining the improvements and infrastructure upgradation needed at the camp. The Deputy Commissioner underscored the need for coordinated efforts among all concerned departments to ensure that the necessary infrastructure and essential amenities are adequately planned and developed well before the commencement of the Yatra. She stressed that timely identification of gaps and submission of requirement-based proposals would help ensure effective planning and improved arrangements for the pilgrims.

The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, SDM Kangan, Tehsildar Concerned and other concerned officers and officials during the visit.
