Towing van of MC Ganderbal operating illegally

Ganderbal: The towing van of municipal council Ganderbal operates illegally without HSRP and registration sparks concerns among locals.

According to locals, the vehicle is without proper registration, and had been operating from last three years, often seen towing vehicles parked illegally in the main town Ganderbal.

The locals are demanding immediate action and have raised many questions.

The municipal council Ganderbal should ensure that their tow van operates within the bounds of the law local residents said.

“How can a towing van tow a vehicle when it is without any registration or documents?” Asked Samad a local shopkeeper.

When this reporter contacted Executive officer municipal council Ganderbal for comments, he said we have applied for registration at MVD department.

But close sources Revealed that the van has been operating illegally for the last three years and hasn’t applied for any documentation.
