This recognition is further bolstered by the inclusion of two distinguished IUST faculty members in the list of top Earth Science scientists in India. Under Prof. Romshoo’s leadership, IUST has transformed into a research-intensive institution emphasizing research, innovation and entrepreneurship. IUST has positioned itself as leading institute in the country where students are initiated into skilling, innovation and entrepreneurship early on and are also provided handholding in terms of Seed grants and other support aimed at productization and commercialization of their ideas.

IUST’s inclusion in global rankings underscores both its institutional achievements and its growing prominence in the national and global academic and research community.
