Mohammad Ayub Mubaraki Bids Farewell: PMGSY Kashmir Honors a Legacy of Service and Leadership

Srinagar, 31st July (SM): An emotional farewell was accorded to Mohammad Ayub Mubaraki, Incharge Executive Engineer (Technical Officer to the Chief Engineer, PMGSY Kashmir), on the occasion of his superannuation.

Officers, colleagues, and staff from across the department gathered to honor his remarkable career, which was marked by dedication, technical excellence, and unwavering professionalism.

Known for his calm demeanor and problem-solving abilities, Mubaraki played a pivotal role in the implementation and supervision of several major infrastructure projects—most notably under SKIMS Soura Hospital, the Department of Floriculture, Public Works (R&B), JKPCC, and the PMGSY Department across Jammu and Kashmir. His outstanding contributions were widely acknowledged during the farewell ceremony.

Various Chief Engineers and dignitaries also visited the PMGSY Kashmir office to extend their greetings and personally honor Mubaraki’s exceptional service. Their presence reflected the immense respect he earned throughout his distinguished career.

Speaking on the occasion, Er. Hilal Ahmad Khan praised Mubaraki as a noble and composed leader who consistently led from the front, highlighting that his professional expertise, mentorship, and character will remain a lasting source of inspiration for the entire department.

He wished him happiness, peace, and Allah’s protection in this new chapter of life. The event concluded with warm wishes, emotional tributes, and prayers for continued blessings in his post-retirement journey.(SM)
