Amrit Charitable Trust, Kochhar Foundation Distribute School Supplies to Deserving Students in Aripal Tral

Tral, August 25, 2025: Amrit Charitable Trust, in collaboration with the Kochhar Foundation, on Monday distributed school bags and stationery kits to meritorious and deserving students at Government High School Jawaharpora Lam Tral, Govt Middle School Dar Ganai-Gund Aripal, and two more govt schools at Aripal and Waged.

This distribution drive is part of the Trust’s broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, which focuses on promoting education through both material support and technological empowerment.

The event also highlighted the importance of smart classrooms and digital learning. Dr. Harbaksh Singh, President of the Amrit Charitable Trust, said that the Trust, in collaboration with the Kochhar Foundation, successfully set up digital classrooms in Rathsuna and Bhatnoor in Tral. They are now planning to establish similar facilities in Zone Lurgam, particularly at the High School in Lam Tral.

The Kochhar Foundation was recognized for its consistent support of these educational initiatives, especially in providing infrastructure and financial assistance.
