Tral, 16 Nov: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party leader Dr. Harbaksh Singh today chaired an important meeting of party workers in Tral, attended by a good number of participants. The agenda of the meeting included discussions on highlighting development-related issues and formulating a comprehensive roadmap for the upcoming elections.
A membership-drive programme was also held during the event, in which several individuals formally joined the Apni Party. The new members welcomed into the party include: Ichpal Singh, Nisar Ahmad, Mushtaq Ahmad Sofi, Wasiq Ayoub, and Gulzar Ahmad.
Party representatives expressed that the inclusion of these new members will further strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level and help expand its outreach in the area.
Speaking to the media, Dr. Harbaksh Singh conveyed deep sorrow over the recent explosion at the Nowgam Police Station. He emphasized the need for strict safety measures, stating that explosive materials must be stored and handled with utmost caution to prevent such incidents and safeguard precious lives.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment among party workers to work collectively for regional development and prepare effectively for the forthcoming elections.
