Pulwama: The Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) organized a one-day training programme on “Export Quality Standards and Branding of Dairy Products” in collaboration with the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of Commerce.
The programme was attended by the Professor & Head, KVK, Dr. Javaid Ahmad Mugloo. Scientists and officers delivered expert lectures emphasizing the importance of dairy products, export quality standards, branding techniques, and procedures for exporting dairy products to international markets.
More than 100 farmers participated in the programme. The event provided an interactive platform where farmers presented their issues directly to experts and officials, who offered practical guidance and solutions. The programme aimed to enhance farmers’ awareness and capacity to meet global quality standards, thereby enabling them to gain international recognition for their dairy products.
