Pulwama: In view of Good Governance Week and the ongoing Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign on Labour Codes, the Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Pulwama, organized an awareness programme-cum-interactive session at the BDO Office in Aripal Tral.
The programme was aimed at creating awareness among participants about the key provisions of the Labour Codes and promoting better compliance at the grassroots level.
Officials highlighted the objectives of the Labour Codes and their role in safeguarding the rights of workers while ensuring ease of compliance for employers. Participants actively engaged in the interactive session.
