● Baisakhi is our sacred festival,celebrated on 13 or 14 April every year.
● In 1699,Our tenth Guru(Guru Gobind Singh ji) laid foundation of Khalsa Panth at Anandpur Sahib and gave us a unique and strong identity.
● The Panj pyare(five beloved ones) were the first members of the Khalsa and showed complete faith and courage.
● On this day,we visit Gurudwaras for prayers and kirtan,take part in Nagar Kirtan and perform sewa.
● This festival teaches equality, bravery, discipline and devotion to waheguru ji.
