Muntaha Rashid (Grade 8th MTI Tral)

We often say health is wealth but in reality we don’t understand its value on having it, we get its value only when we lose it. Like we can say if we get it its soil and if not then its gold. A healthy person can can work properly and enjoy life but a sick person cannot enjoy even the richest life. I would say health is our real treasure.

And of course when we talk about health we can’t forget doctors, those who aren’t just professionals but our hope in pain, calm in fear and light in the darkness of ill life. At the time of illness doctor is the person who not only give us treatment but also give encouragement to live a new life.

However doctor alone cannot help whole community that’s why there is health department which plays a crucial role in securing public health. By this we get to know about our own responsibility to keep our health safe like eating healthy and nutritious food, staying active as well as giving our bodies rest and importantly maintaining personal hygiene, because we can understand that prevention is far better than treatment for us. Doctors and other health professionals work day and night to keep us healthy and maintain happy and better society.

we must always respect and honour them as well as being thankful for their tireless and selfless service to humankind.
In short, always take care of your health before it forces you to and also respect its protectors.
