G.V.E.I. Holds Grand Inter-School Athletic Meet 2026

Srinagar, May 7: Providing a meaningful platform to budding athletes across Valley, Green Valley Educational Institute today organised Inter-School Athletic Meet 2026, titled “Catch Them Young Carnival.” The event brought together a large number of young students from various schools across the Valley.

In a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship and physical fitness, the students participated in a range of activities including 50-Metre Race, Relay Race, Musical Chair, Flag Relay Race and Ball Throw.

The Guest of Honour on the occasion was Ranbeer Singh, SHO, Ahmad Nagar who appreciated the institution for organising such an active event. Addressing the gathering, he said that participation in sports helps keep students disciplined, confident and away from social evils.

All the participating institutions delivered commendable performances, with students from Crescent Public School, Ingenious School, Foundation World School and Legends School of Education securing positions in several events besides G.V.E.I securing first position in around 8 competitions.
