For long, our daughters have proved their mettle in every field – education, art, culture and now in sports. What they need is a platform, and KOSHUR FOUNDATION has provided that platform today.
Such initiatives will keep our youth away from drugs and negative tendencies and channelize their energy towards nation building. Sports teaches discipline, teamwork and leadership.
I am confident that from these grounds of Pattan, future national and international women cricketers of Jammu & Kashmir will emerge. The Kashmir World Film Festival and our entire fraternity will always support such positive initiatives.”
