District Admin Ganderbal bids affectionate farewell to outgoing ADDC

Ganderbal, November 30: The District Administration Ganderbal today organized a heartfelt farewell to honor and bid adieu to the outgoing Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, for his dedicated and exemplary service to the district.

The event, held in the V.C Room of the DC Office, showcased deep respect and appreciation for Simnani’s significant contributions during his tenure in the district.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir commended Simnani’s tireless efforts in advancing the developmental agenda of Ganderbal. “Your unwavering commitment, dynamic leadership, and innovative approach have left an indelible mark on the progress of this district, he added.

During his tenure, Simnani spearheaded several key initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure, enhancing public services, and promoting sustainable development.

His proactive approach to addressing public grievances and fostering teamwork among departments earned him widespread respect and admiration.

In his farewell address, ADDC expressed his gratitude to the district administration and the people of Ganderbal for their support and cooperation. “It has been a privilege to serve the people of Ganderbal. I am deeply humbled by the affection and encouragement I have received during my time here,” he said.

The event concluded with the presentation of mementos and a vote of thanks, wishing Simnani success in his future endeavors.

Among others, the ceremony was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad, SDM Kangan, ACR, CPO and other senior officers and officials from district administration.
