Srinagar: 17-year-old Saadia Gulzar, hailing from Kakapora, Pulwama, has raised her area’s pride by winning a silver medal at the National Wushu Games held in Jammu.
In a statement issued to Srinagar Mail, The Pulwama Wushu Association and Procure Academy congratulated her on this outstanding achievement.
One of the core members of the Procure Academy told Srinagar Mail that Saadia had previously won a silver medal at the Jammu and Kashmir Wushu Championship and has demonstrated consistent skills and dedication to the sport.
“Focusing on her international career in Wushu, Saadia dreams of representing her country at the World Championship,” he said.
