Pulwama: Voluntary Medicare Society (VMS), in collaboration with EnAble India and the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK), under the guidance of the Chief Education Officer Pulwama, proudly organized the “Reading Without Seeing” workshop — a landmark initiative under the #SeeAMillion campaign. This effort is dedicated to advancing educational accessibility and digital empowerment for individuals with visual impairments (Divyangjan).

The workshop introduced participants to a wide range of assistive technologies, Android applications, and inclusive platforms that enable access to books, articles, and digital content. These tools are designed to enhance learning opportunities, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life for persons with visual disabilities.
