Srinagar, September 22: Voluntary Medicare Society (VMS), in collaboration with EnAble India, inaugurated a three-day Life Skills Training Workshop today at the VMS Auditorium, Srinagar. The program, scheduled from 22nd to 24th September 2025, is designed to strengthen emotional intelligence, resilience, and essential life skills among Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), enabling them to lead confident, independent, and fulfilling lives.

The training introduces participants to the Manomaya Life Skills Program, a holistic approach that emphasizes mental well-being and emotional regulation through frameworks such as the Pancha Koshas and the innovative Manomaya Vaccine—a protective model that equips individuals with coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
