Tral, Oct 23: District Development Council (DDC) member from Tral, Dr. Harbakash Singh, today made a visit to the villages of Hurdumir and Nagabal in Tral to express condolences to the bereaved families.
Dr. Harbakash in Nagabal visited the house of a senior journalist Syed Aijaz Nagbal, whose father Syed Hussain Ahmad Shah has died a few days ago. He expressed his condolences to the family, particularly to Syed Aijaz.
The DDC member also went to Hurdumir, where a young boy had recently died in a road accident after being hit by an unknown vehicle. The people in the area have been demanding the arrest of the driver responsible for the accident.
Expressing deep sorrow over the loss, Dr. Harbakash Singh assured the residents of full support in ensuring that the culprit is traced and brought to justice. He also expressed solidarity with the grieving family.
