The program was graced by Chief Guests RP Singh (SDPO Pampore) and Naeem Rashid (SHO Khrew). The Principal of the school was also present and extended full support to the initiative.

The session featured an insightful address by Tanveer Ahmad, Executive Member of the NGO and expert speaker, who elaborated on the growing challenge of drug abuse. He emphasized the urgent need to break the stigma associated with addiction and encouraged students and the community to support and rehabilitate those affected.

Faisal Bilal, Executive Member, highlighted the transformative role of education in shaping society. He particularly stressed that Khrew town has the potential to produce future IAS officers, doctors, and engineers, provided the youth remain committed to a drug-free life and contribute positively to society.

Other members, including Tanzeela Mushtaq and Irfan Ramzan, underlined the critical role of parenting in addressing this issue. They urged parents to actively engage in guiding their children and safeguarding them from the menace of drugs, noting that a nation progresses when its youth are directed towards meaningful goals.

The program also saw participation from Ovais Majeed (Executive Member), Shahid Ahmad (Executive Member), Firdous Ahmad (Member), and Faizan Rashid, who collectively reinforced the message of awareness and community responsibility.

The lecture was followed by an interactive quiz session to engage students, making the program both informative and participatory. Certificates were distributed among participants at the conclusion.

The event concluded as a fruitful and impactful session, leaving students and attendees more informed and motivated to contribute towards a drug-free society.
