4-Year-Old Mahira Nawaz of BOMIS Pampore Wins Gold at North India Karate Championship

Awantipora, December 13: In a remarkable feat, Mahira Nawaz, a 4-year-old student of KG2 Apricot from Birla Open Minds International School Pampore, clinched a gold medal at the prestigious North India National Karate-Do Championship. The championship was held on 13th December 2024 at Jammu Sports Stadium, Bhagwati Nagar.

Dr. Mehnaz Rehman, Principal of BOMIS Pampore, lauded Mahira’s achievement, stating, “Mahira’s achievement at such a young age is truly inspiring. She has demonstrated remarkable determination and skill, proving that age is no barrier to excellence. We are proud of her and will continue to support her in every step of her journey.”
