Karnah (Kupwara): Shakti Vijay Brigade in Tangdar Karnah Kupwara honored the dedicated participants of a vital road safety campaign. As per a statement, the initiative spanned from December 25th to January 3rd, during which local students actively engaged in a robust social media outreach effort aimed at raising awareness about the dangers associated with unregulated movement across the treacherous Nastachun Pass during winter months.

“With winter presenting significant risks for travelers navigating the steep and icy terrain of the Pass, the campaign focused on educating the local population about the potential hazards and the importance of exercising caution. The students harnessed their creativity to produce insightful and emotive videos that highlighted essential road safety measures, engaging their peers and the broader community in crucial conversations about safe travel practices,” reads the statement.
