BSF Kashmir Celebrates 11th International Yoga Day at BSF Humhama Campus

Srinagar: On the occasion of the 11th International Yoga Day, BSF Kashmir organized a grand yoga event at BSF Campus Humhama & border out posts, marked by great zeal, enthusiasm, and active participation of BSF personnel and trainee Recruits. The celebration was aligned with this year’s global theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of human well-being and the planet.

The session witnessed a large turnout, including officers, jawans, women personnel, and trainees , who gathered early in the morning to perform a series of yoga asanas and breathing exercises under the guidance of trained instructors. The collective participation highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily routine for physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
