Shah emphasized that heavy snowfall often disrupts normal life, especially in rural and far-flung areas, and therefore timely preparedness is crucial to avoid inconvenience to the public. He urged the authorities to ensure the availability of snow clearance machinery, uninterrupted power and water supply, Ration and healthcare facilities, emergency helplines, and smooth traffic management on major roads and link routes.

The BJP leader also stressed the need for close coordination among various departments, including PDD, PHE, Health, R&B, and Disaster Management teams, so that any emergency situation arising due to snowfall can be handled promptly and efficiently.

Mohammad Amin Shah appealed to the district police to intensify patrolling and assist commuters, particularly during night hours, to ensure public safety. He reiterated that the welfare and safety of the people must remain the top priority during harsh winter conditions.
