Ganderbal, July 02:- Senior BJP Leader,State Executive Memberand District President Election Incharge Ganderbal Mohammed Amin Shah, today extended a heartfelt welcome to the pilgrims (Yatris) arriving for the annual Amarnath Yatra. During a special interaction with the devotees, Mr. Shah greeted the pilgrims on behalf of the top party leadership. He conveyed warm wishes from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP National President Nitin Nabi , and the state leadership, including State BJP President and MP Sat Sharma, State General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul, State General Secretary Anwar Khan, and the Leader of Opposition and MLA, Sunil Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohammed Amin Shah highlighted the significance of the Yatra as a symbol of peace and brotherhood. “The Amarnath Yatra is not just a pilgrimage; it is a profound testament to our country’s spirit of unity and harmony,” said Mr. Shah. “We are delighted to welcome our brothers and sisters from across the nation. This Yatra strengthens the bond between people and showcases our shared culture of love and mutual respect.”
While welcoming the devotees, Mr. Shah also used the platform to address the local authorities. He urged the administration to ensure that all necessary facilities are in place to make the journey as smooth as possible for the pilgrims. He emphasized that the government and the administration must work closely to provide, top-notch security for all routes leading to the holy cave, improved medical facilities and rapid response teams along the Yatra track, clean and sufficient supplies of food, water, and shelter at base camps and especially at holy cave.
Mr. Shah expressed confidence that, with collective efforts from both the administration and the public, this year’s pilgrimage will be a successful and memorable experience for every devotee (PR).
