During his visit, LG Sinha was joined by Director General of Police (DGP) J&K, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) and other senior officials, including the Deputy Commissioner of Ganderbal. The team surveyed the site to assess the situation and discuss the security measures being implemented in the region.

The attack, which has sent shockwaves across the nation, has been condemned by political leaders and officials alike. Jammu and Kashmir’s former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, along with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, strongly condemned the incident, describing it as a “cowardly” act targeting innocent civilians.

The administration has assured that stringent actions will be taken against those responsible for this heinous crime, and measures are being intensified to ensure the safety and security of the region’s residents.
