Tral, April 22: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party Spokesman and State Secretary (Organization), Dr. Harbaksh Singh, on Wednesday visited Tral, where he conducted a workers’ meeting and held a series of condolence gatherings across several villages.
During his visit, Dr. Singh reached out to bereaved families in Nanar, Gadpora, Gamraj, Rathsuna, Laribal, Saimooh, and adjoining areas, expressing solidarity and offering heartfelt condolences over their recent losses.
While chairing a meeting of party workers in Tral, Dr. Singh highlighted the enduring spirit of Kashmiriyat ahead of the first anniversary of the Pahalgam attack. He termed the incident unfortunate and said such acts of violence have no place in any religion.
“Such incidents should never have happened in Kashmir,” he said, reiterating the Valley’s long-standing tradition of hospitality and communal harmony.
Despite the tragic incident, Dr. Singh noted that tourists continue to visit Kashmir and feel safe and welcomed, reflecting the resilience and warmth of its people.
He also held detailed discussions with party workers on various issues pertaining to the constituency, emphasizing the need for continued grassroots engagement and public outreach.
