Tral, September 6: On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, a programme was organised on Saturday at 7C’s School in Lurgam, Tral, as part of the celebrations held across the Kashmir Valley.
Renowned motivational speaker Saeed Ahmed attended the programme and addressed the school management, teachers, students and parents.
During his address, Saeed Ahmed urged parents to adopt a positive and effective approach towards the upbringing and education of their children. He highlighted various aspects of child development and personality building and, through presentations, shared examples of effective parenting and child guidance.
He stressed that appropriate parental behaviour, attention and guidance play an important role in the healthy development and successful upbringing of children.
On the occasion, other speakers also addressed the gathering and highlighted important social and religious aspects associated with Teachers’ Day. They emphasised the respect and importance of teachers in society and their vital role in shaping and guiding the younger generation.
Students, parents and teachers participated in the programme and appreciated the speakers for sharing valuable guidance and constructive points on child development and education.
