Pulwama: A delegation from the Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) visited Manzoor Ahmad Khan, newly appointed Chief Education Officer (CEO) of Pulwama, to extend heartfelt congratulations on his recent acquisition of Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) powers.
