Tral, 29 August: The two-day 7th District Pulwama Yogasana Sports Championship concluded at Indoor Stadium Bajwani, Tral, on the occasion of National Sports Day.
A good number of players from different areas of the sub-district participated in the championship and showcased their sporting talent. Their performances were appreciated by sports enthusiasts and spectators present at the event.
Additional SP Awantipora Rashid Younis was present as the Chief Guest, while Yogasana Coach Shabir Ahmad Dar attended the programme as the Guest of Honour.
Addressing the gathering, Rashid Younis appreciated the efforts of the academy organisers, particularly Feroz Ahmad, for encouraging and preparing children to participate in sports.
