The peaceful demonstration was a strong statement against the ongoing violence in the region. Holding candles and placards, the participants expressed their grief and called for an end to attacks on innocent civilians.

“We stand united against terrorism and bloodshed,” said one of the demonstrators. “Kashmir deserves peace, not violence.”

The gathering reflected the resilience of the people of Ganderbal, who refuse to be silenced by fear. By collectively condemning the attack, they sent a resolute message that violence has no place in their society.

This candlelight vigil served as a solemn tribute to the victims and a call for all stakeholders to work towards lasting peace and stability in Kashmir.
